Refund Policy
At Jupitera, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to ensure the refund process is smooth and transparent.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.
Refunds are only issued for items returned in unused, undamaged condition and within the return period of 30 days from the delivery date. Items showing signs of use or returned outside the allowed timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll ensure the issue is resolved with either a replacement or a full refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure your package reaches us safely. Jupitera is not responsible for items lost during the return transit.
